One night full of dreams and determination, Eugenia—proudly Colombian with years of experience as a waitress in Tampa—looked at her husband Rene and said: "Honey, it's time to take all our knowledge of Colombian food and good service to open our own restaurant." Rene, a chef at a renowned Colombian restaurant, knew the timing was perfect.
With years of kitchen experience and immense passion for our gastronomy, they took the leap. Camilo, one of Eugenia's sons, fell in love with the idea instantly and joined this beautiful family adventure as a partner.
